Guess what!! Written all of this website & this page was the last to be written & always last to be updated. I am now "in between" jobs after working 3 years @ Fujitsu in customer service resolving problems for clients & it as far away as possible from my 14 years of heavy manual work I used to do at E.R.F.

After 14 years of working at E.R.F. & noticing that things were changing, I had already gone back to evening classes to get formal qualifications with I.T. (C.L.A.I.T. , E.C.D.L., & City & Guides Web Design) to back up my self taught knowledge, then in August redundancies loomed & it was time at the age of 34 to re-assess my career path. My family were very supportive & it was my eldest brother Geoff who made me see the talents I had & to use them to re-assess my life & I give him my thanks.
I left to set up my own website design & web consultancy business. This ran for a few years, was taken on by firm to use my stores skills in setting up & running their stores dept & their website/media materials for a couple of years. During this period I developed my service skills & since then that has been my career path using my I.T. & engineering knowledge as a background.

My wife & I have joint interests in airshows & motor sport, my mother is now joining us in this well into her late 60's, & this helps with my interests in photography & scale model building. Some of my photo's have been printed in a national photography magazine when they did an article about going to airshows. I take a lot of pictures & keep them for reference material so using a digital camera cuts down on a lot of expense.

My main hobby is making model kits & have been doing this since I can remember & as you can see in this website I put building guides up for other model makers.  I now also do scratchwork to these & also lighting.  I hope to start a full scratch built "sci-fi" ship some time with LED's & fibre optics when I get the chance to sit with all the scrap parts & old kits to draw up some plans. I have a very keen interest in I.T. & PC's (yes the word geek comes to mind) as my main rig gets rebuilt nearly every few months.

I have other interests in doing number & visual puzzles, Sci-Fi films, I have an interest in World War II history & its effects on the people involved, & also like to keep up with current affairs & events, but not anything to do with 'Reality TV' shows etc. as this isn't reality! Well I hope not, but if it is then God help us all.
